ACP@ICT

APDES is responsible for the external evaluation of the ACP@ICT project – Through Innovative Contributions – promoted by the Instituto Piaget. This project, founded in 2009, is co-funded by the European Commission, in the ambit of the EuropeAid program, and its main goal is to contribute to the reduction of poverty in Mozambique and Cape Verde, through the production and sharing of knowledge regarding relevant and influential themes associated with the phenomenon of poverty (nutrition, HIV/AIDS, gender equality, entrepreneurship). This project is based on the use of information and communication tools and APDES ensures the monitoring process and the evaluation of the impact of the promoted actions.
