CASO

APDES aims to promote citizenship and collective forms of civic participation by the groups it works with. In this sense, APDES has been developing a continuous and structured monitoring process to the first association of drug users in Portugal: CASO – Consumidores Organizados Sobrevivem Organizados.

APDES’s performance in this field was initially aimed at the promotion of a set of individuals for the creation of an associative project. This was followed by a support to the project’s stage of formalisation and APDES currently ensures the monitoring of the organisational development and sustainability of the association.
