Envelhecer a Crescer

The project “Envelhecer a Crescer” was destined to elderly residents of nursing homes and day care centres and its main goal was to promote active ageing. To minimise the impact of age, the team carried out 60 minute-long weekly sessions; they were useful to stimulate the elderly at a cognitive, affective and relational level. Another main objective was to give the elderly the opportunity to have an active role throughout the project.
