The research “Gestão de Vida vs. Gestão de Carreira: estudo dos factores implicados no processo de decisão perante propostas do IEFP [Life Management vs. Career Management: study on the factors involved in the decision-making process regarding IEFP proposals]” aimed to contribute to a better understanding of the unemployment phenomenon and the relations established between the institutional interlocutors, the IEFP and the unemployed individuals. As a result of this research, a report titled “Gestão de Vida vs. Gestão de Carreira” was published, in order to contribute to the development of territorialised and effective work policies.
