The action-research project InPAR is aimed at the social/professional (re)integration of drug users involved in Harm Reduction Programs, through the study of facilitating factors and obstacles associated with this intervention process. InPAR was a pilot-project in Portugal, in which some methodologies for the social and professional (re)integration of active drugs users were studied – something innovative in the policies targeting this population.
This project lead to the creation of a recommendations manual titled “Working First – Manual for the Employability of Drug Users and Recommendations for the Integration through Peer Education”.
