The main goals of Local Pass are to reduce the use and harmful effects of “New Psychoactive Substances” (NPS) and detect new trends, through the development of adequate interventions at local and regional levels.
Local Pass has been expanding the knowledge regarding this area and establishing multidisciplinary networks, with partners from the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Netherlands, Italy and Portugal.
