OUTogether

This project aims to improve the autonomy of foster children and teenagers from three Member-States: Portugal, Bulgaria and Croatia.

Hence, the project seeks to increase the national and transnational cooperation concerning the rights of foster children and teenagers and to empower them in living independently, by improving the support after they leave foster homes. This requires the participation of key public and private actors from all Member States..
