European HIV-Hepatitis Testing Week
The European HIV-Hepatitis Testing Week is an initiative that has been taking place in several European countries since 2013. This year, the campaign will take place from 18-25 November. The goal of this initiative is to raise the Portuguese population’s awareness of the benefits of HIV and hepatitis testing and increase the knowledge on these infections, thus contributing to an early diagnosis and the referral to healthcare services.
As in previous years, APDES (through the PortoG project) will participate in this initiative, by providing information and advice and carrying out quick HIV and Hepatitis B and C test in its facilities.
The tests are confidential, free and anonymous.
